After receiving your drawings (or samples), we will respond as soon as possible with the inquired price, quantity, delivery method (FOB/ CIF/ C&F, etc.) and delivery date. This working day is approximately 2 - 3 days, excluding holidays.

Once your payment or order confirmation is received, the order will be officially established. Payment date and shipment condition will base on the customer and order situation.

In order to provide better service, we will confirm the order specifications and drawings with customers before formal production.

Before the shipping, we will inform you of this upcoming shipment via email. The shipping method will be based on the conditions confirmed by the quotation at that time.

In terms of business dealings, we will collect payment from you in accordance with the payment terms confirmed in the current quotation after shipment.

This order will be completed while the payment and goods are both confirmed certainly.
